Paul took me on the test drive of my life where I was educated on facets of racing, from his direct experience, and the spectacular features of my new prize. This was not the first test drive I experienced during this purchasing period; other Subaru dealerships left me almost dumbfounded at the lack of engagement and knowledge regarding the very products being sold! Mr. Kaplan is unlike any sales associate I've ever met. He truly put me at ease during the entire process and has even followed up with me to see how I am loving my new car! Purchase and Service I highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru. Although I am not new to Subaru cars I recently purchased the 2015 Outback. This is my 13th or 14th Subaru, ho I highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru. Although I am not new to Subaru cars I recently purchased the 2015 Outback. This is my 13th or 14th Subaru, however, this is my first purchase from Grand Prix. Jamie Borack was my saleswoman and she is extremely helpful, competent and confident. She follows through and is supportive throughout the process. As a recent widow Jamie was very empathic and patient as I made decisions about buying a new car for the first time solo. Jayson (manager) and Jenna (finance) also contributed to this great experience. Prior to coming to Grand Prix I bought my Subaru cars in another state and had them serviced there. In the past five years I was using another dealership in New York and decided to move to Grand Prix. My 2008 Legacy with approximately 97,000 miles received great care. The service center is excellent and they are fair. The car continues with me, recently being transported to another state where I will use it. So now for the first time I am an owner of two Subaru vehicles at one time. Obviously I am a loyal Subaru owner. Grand Prix Dealership provides excellent service and if you are interested in buying a new car Jamie Borack is there for you. More
