We have had Toyotas, Volvos, Hondas and other Subarus in the past. Deciding between another lease on our Honda CRV or another vehicle brand, and ultimately deciding on the Subaru Outback was simple after doing comparison research. We had even been to other Subaru dealerships which were closer to our home but found the staff to be generally unresponsive. Grand Prix Subaru was like a breath of fresh air. Ted and Shawn were extremely accommodating and George was a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process seamless and made sure we knew how to use all of our new car's features. My generally cynical husband actually said it was the first time he had ever felt positive about a new car dealership. More

My wife and I were looking for a safer car as my SUV was in very bad shape. We went around 6pm and we received a friendly greeting and felt welcomed. Mike was our Sales Consultant and was very professional and caring from the start. He asked what brought us there and what we were interested in. Mike did not make us feel pressured into buying, but made us feel comfortable. We were there for a good amount of time, talking and getting the paperwork settled with Jenna who explained everything and again did not pressure us into adding additional things. We were told that it was late that the car would be ready for us to pick up the next day. Well to our surprise, the Hicksville team was able to get the car ready, insured and inspected for us to take home that night. That was a big shock to us and was one that will not be forgotten. Ted was the man that made that happen and we are very grateful for that. It was well appreciated. Since it was late and they didn't want to keep us there any longer since we did have our 5month old with us Mike was more then accommodating and told me to make sure I come back another day so he can walk me through all the features of the car. I work in retail as a Store Manager and you don't always hear about the good, but my experience at the Hicksville Subaru was the most respectful, caring and professional service I have ever received in visiting a Dealership of any brand. I will definitely be recommending to friends and relatives. More

They opened up the doors and let me take it out for a test drive. Everything went smoothly and I was able to get a good rate from Ray. I would have liked a little more time to negotiate a deal but I was able to get all weather mats as compensation. They took some time and some reminders but I was able to get them free of charge. Overall an easy car buying experience and I enjoy the car I have. I would recommend the dealer. More
