To whom it may concern: I apologize for your frustration with the recent service visit. We work diligently to serve our customers without incident and in a timely manner. After reading your review it seems that was not accomplished. There was some issue relating to a question about if you wanted wheel locks replaced or standard wheel nuts installed. We respect all of our customers property and would not operate any equipment recklessly, please keep in mind that we do need to move vehicles around when tires are flat, which requires them to be driven. Our facility is split between two lots requiring the vehicle to be driven across one small section of public streets. Should you be able to provide me with more information I can better investigate what transpired and assist that much more.
