We belong to both the Costco and AARP auto buying programs and looked at one dealer from each. At the other dealer we were treated in an off handed manner. At Grand Prix we were welcome by Roy Wander and immediately offered a test drive of the vehicle we were looking at. All options and time frames were fully explained to us. Since ours was a factory order Roy updated us at each stage of the vehicle's creation and delivery. The final transaction took place very smoothly. Also, Jen offered us several extended warranty and other coverage options. We went through each one carefully with no pressure whatsoever and selected the one option we needed. Finally, Grand Prix offers a number of free after purchase services. My wife and I were very pleased and would absolutely recommend this dealership--see Roy! More

I flew in to NY to drive the vehicle back to my home in WI and put faith in Frank Rush (my salesman) honest and forthright description that I could drive it that distance without issue....he was right! Sales Manager Ted Hanlon and his team were all there to shake my hand and thank me for the purchase. I would highly recommend Frank, Ted, and the entire crew for their professionalism and top notch customer service. (A special shout out to the two salesmen who took the time to tell me the history of the vehicle, they went way above and beyond as well.) Ross took time out of his busy day to meet with us personally. He listened to my requirements and budget and he helped me find the perfect Subaru for my needs. He then handed over my service to Joseph Del Rossi, who could not do enough to make me feel comfortable that I was getting everything I needed for the lease price I could afford. I had leased 2 prior Cadalliac SRX's and I was very concerned that I was going to have to give up a lot of comforts to stay within my budget. I was extremely surprised that I did not really give anything up and the Subaru Crosstrek I chose is a much smoother ride and it is much easier to handle. I am looking forward to being a Grand Prix Subaru customer for years to come, and I already have convinced two people to switch to Sabaru. More

Best place for car shopping I had to buy a car ASAP. After research, I found Subaru is one of the safest cars for small SUV. At first, I did not realize how this brand is so popu I had to buy a car ASAP. After research, I found Subaru is one of the safest cars for small SUV. At first, I did not realize how this brand is so popular. After I asked two Subaru dealers nearby to my home, they all told me that I had to wait for 1 or 2 months to get the new car. When I felt so disappointed, I thought maybe some other dealers further away had new Subaru available. With google, I found Grand Prix quite easily. And they had new cars available at that time. Maybe it is because they are the largest Subaru dealer in long island. After we arrived in the building and waited for about 5 minutes, Ted and Roy came by to welcome us. Roy took care of us. He was very nice and knowledgeable. What I like is he did not push. He told some stories and introduce the functions of the car, say some joke and let us observe and feel the car without any pressure. It was so comfortable after shopping cars for a whole day. After I found the car I liked, Roy explained all details clearly and took care of whole procedure. I thought he should be a model for salesmen in a textbook. Jenna helped us to arrange finance plan. She was also very nice, patient and honest. I want to thank all of them and recommend this place for car shopping. More
who sends a customer to drive without a lug nut? I love Subaru and I will recommend the car to anyone, but I came into this dealership to get my wheel lock removed and my tire changed. Not only did t I love Subaru and I will recommend the car to anyone, but I came into this dealership to get my wheel lock removed and my tire changed. Not only did this take 6 hours but when I got the car back they left out a lug nut. When we came back to the dealership to tell them they missed a lug nut, the mechanic told us he knew that it was missing. I'm no mechanic, but no one should ever send a customer on the road with a lug nut missing. Also when I came in with a completely flat tire, they drove recklessly across the street on my rims. More
