Buying a brand new car has never been so easy and pleasurable not to mention the fact that they dug the car out of 30+ inches of snow to deliver it to me on schedule! Truly above and beyond at this place, also, their VIP package is hands down one of the best things about purchasing a car with them. My hat is off to Joe and Jenna and the staff at Grand Prix Subaru, they did a bang up job and absolutely knocked it out of the park! More

What a Headache!?! I was happy with my 2012 used Impreza purchase, until I realized the odometer had been reset and this information was not disclosed to me. I was told I was happy with my 2012 used Impreza purchase, until I realized the odometer had been reset and this information was not disclosed to me. I was told the car had 30,000 miles on it, but the odometer read 80. I am not a car person, but I know it is against the law to change the odometer reading. I called them to complain and they offered to put me into a different car, but of course the car was more money. They tried to sell me a used 2015 for 5k more, but it didn't fit my budget. They told me they'd waive the delivery fee for all the inconvenience, but when I finally decided on another 2012 Subaru and signed the paperwork they didn't waive the fee. When I asked about it, I was told they were only waiving the fee for the 2015 and not the 2012 bc the car had too much damage to the paint they were paying to fix. I wasn't going to get a car that was all banged up. So I agreed to take the car and had to pay about 1k more for it than my original purchase. Then they kept the car for a week to fix the paint damage. They did give me a loaner, which was nice, but they only half fixed what they said they would. The splash guards and hood still need work. So I took it in a second time for remote start to be installed and they told me they'd fix the splash guards. Well it turns out the splash guards are so damaged they ordered a replacement and now I have to go back there again. One of the employees jokingly asked me if I want a job bc I've been there so much. It's not a good thing that I spent so much time there. I wouldn't buy a used car from them again. I felt like I was mislead at every turn. More

After 2 days of having the used car the battery died. They stayed later for me to bring it in and replaced my battery right away. Then I brought it in for remote start and to have the splash guards fixed. They couldn't fix the paint on the splash guards, so Nick assured me he'll replace them with the ones I want. He then came outside to show me how to work the remote start and answered all of my questions. It was exceptional service! More
