My sales consultant is George Schappi and he is the most patient sales people I have met: always patient; always listening attentively; always ready to answer my endless question…, I really want to say: Thank you George for your patience. I do appreciate a lot to Vinny Ortolani, the Sales Manager, whose words will be remembered by me forever: “We treat you as family, as we treat every other customer”. He said it and he did it, I am very grateful to him! Since I had little issue with that car, their General Manager Dan Ross offered to talk with me. To my surprise, he didn’t try to persuade me to take whatever I didn’t feel comfortable about, instead, he said to me: “let us know how we can help you…you are the boss, you tell us what to do!” Oh, my god, it is just unbelievable for me to receive so much attention and help as an ordinary customer. I have been very pleased with its Service Department. I took my Cross and Forster for service not too long ago, as always, they have served the cars in a professional and friendly way. As a matter of fact, due to the best service from their Service Manager Clinton DeClue, I kept on purchasing cars. The car was in immaculate condition. They got me to a price with a warranty that was more than affordable. Eric was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had an answer to every question I asked.
