All was great until finance. I felt really pushed to buy warranty. I would have appreciated time to decide, at least 3days. They tried to send in a closer but that made the experience much more frustrating at this point I no longer wanted the car. The pressure was just overboard. I was already paying more than I intended as the add on the internet was misleading about the rebate. Then to be told that the warranty would cost more and no offer to add it later on after thinking about it..well totally turned my great experience with sales to wanting to go elsewhere to buy. When I started to pack up to leave the closer quickly exited to save the sale. The paperwork was printer and I could feel the disdain from the finance guy who did not make his warranty sell. I was not informed of any payment details or how we would be contacted. Just instructed where to sign stick in envelope and told to wait in another room. Finance guy seemed to be angry with us. I waited to write this when I calmed down, and I still can't give 5 stars to the dealership, but you have an excellent sales team. More

Jackie Mercer was assigned to assist Dee in the sales experience, as she is new. He was rude, impatient, checked his phone, followed up on other leads, and had no interest in assisting us. Dee was amazin experience, as she is new. He was rude, impatient, checked his phone, followed up on other leads, and had no interest in assisting us. Dee was amazing, apologized and worked hard to find us the right fit. I would not recommend Jackie Mercer. I was very disappointed and quite upset at the lack of respect and customer service. My Young children treat others with more respect than he did. I will refer others to Grand Prairie Ford to work with Dee and the management team. More
