The dealership was willing to work with us on holding the vehicle if we could prove we purchased plane tickets for the dates we had arranged. Unfortunately we were ultimately unable to make the trip, but our experience with Travis and the team was fantastic. They went above and beyond expectations to try to make the deal work for us. I went there and was met with respect and treated very well. I told Duane about how much I wanted to spend and where I wanted my payments to be. I was also wanting to trade in my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. He got me a very good deal on my truck and I ended up driving out of there with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. He took every consideration all of my needs and found the right car for me. Adam sat down with me as well and explained all of the financing and paperwork and said if I had any more questions, I could come back in and he would sit down with me and we could go over what I didn't understand. 2006 Jeep Commander Purchase My wife and I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander on December 24th. We also traded in a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our sales men were Travis Brown and Tyle My wife and I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander on December 24th. We also traded in a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our sales men were Travis Brown and Tyler Brown. Both were very easy to work with and very courteous. We had the car for about a week and there was a noise coming from under the front end like a loose shock. Tyler told us to bring it in so they could look at it. Turned out is was the sway bar bushings were worn out. The dealership went the extra mile and fixed it for us for no charge. Thanks to all for everything. Overall one of best car buying experiences I have had in a long time.. More
