My husband and I have been looking for the "right" car for a couple years now as we didn't have a need, just a want so we had time to wait. We took a drive to see a car we saw on a facebook car facts post and it happened to be at the VW/Subaru lot. When we got there is was a rather warm day out and my husband is on medication that makes hard for him to be in the heat or in the sun, so we took a drive through the lot. Adam came out of the building in the heat and spoke to us while we were still in our car for about 20 to 30 minutes. He took great care in sharing his knowledge about cars in general but mostly about the one we were looking at. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of space to talk about the choices. He continued to text and email my husband throughout the next day, being prompt and profeessional answering even the most trivial questions. We went out to view another car the next day and ended up purchasing it. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of even to the point of offering to meet someplace closer to our home so that my husband was not out in the weather. I want to say that we are loyal customers and that is why the last 4 cars we have purchased came from the Toyota/Ford deal however after our experience with Adam we will be following him where ever we can find him.......Maybe this review is more about Adam then the actual dealership itself but the 2 fellas we delt with there were exceptional!!! Also a special note to Sean Cholas who was very patient as my husband and I rambled through all the paper work. Thank you so much, buying the Bug was a pleasure not a headache!!!! More
