Our amazing salesman Frank “The Tank” Palmisano was on the phone with my mother (the buyer) and they were finishing off the financing details. Frank went into Skyler’s office to let him know about the cha the phone with my mother (the buyer) and they were finishing off the financing details. Frank went into Skyler’s office to let him know about the changes. Skyler decided telling Frank to “hang up when he comes into his office!” Along with other things and my mother was extremely offended by what she had to hear. When I went to the dealership to tell him how upset we were he proceeded to get argumentative with me before me having to finally tell him he’s not perfect and he needs to come to a self realization on that fact. It’s amazing the contrast of customer service quality that you can receive at one place especially a huge corporate dealership white Volkswagen. More
