Dealerships wouldn't exist without making money but this dealership puts customer service and respecting the customer before the dollar signs. I was up front about not wanting certain things and not wanting to spend much time on the paperwork and we were in and out with our new car in just over an hour. I have purchased from several dealerships over the years and this is the only one that I will go back to for sales and definitely their service department. More

When I got to this dealership I was immediately helped by Megan Patterson in sales. She not only walked me through the lot, even though they were close to closing, she also scheduled a follow up visit at my convenience the next day. When I arrived she let me test drive the car of my choice and showed me some beautiful scenery along the way, knowing that I was new to town. Megan stayed after closing with me completing all the paperwork and walking me through the new stereo system/Bluetooth on the car. I got the car of my dreams with great service in a pressure free and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone. On a side note, they had great snacks and drinks and a little area for my daughter to play happily while she waited. Kids are as welcome as the customers are made to feel. Would highly recommend! Excellent experience I felt my deal was fair. They had the perfect car I was looking for. I had questions about the car before I visited the dealership and Duane Blair was I felt my deal was fair. They had the perfect car I was looking for. I had questions about the car before I visited the dealership and Duane Blair was very thorough and called back in a timely manner. He also made 2 follow up calls after the sale and said to call him if I had any problems or questions with the vehicle. The sales manager and I were able to negotiate on a deal quickly and without being pushy. I definitely would go back and refer others to the dealership. Definitely ask for Duane Blair. He is on the quiet side but very kind and courteous. More
