Convenient, Courteous, Very Helpful I found myself in need of buying another vehicle, quickly and under stressful circumstances. I asked my son to locate several newer/used car options f I found myself in need of buying another vehicle, quickly and under stressful circumstances. I asked my son to locate several newer/used car options for me to look at upon arriving back home in Fruita, and he did all the footwork for me ahead of time. He knew what I was looking for and went all over Grand Junction, to several dealerships, identifying cars to show me. He apparently went to the Subaru dealership last, but found all the optional cars on their lot, that he had already identified over several days by running all over the place. My son worked with Travis Brown, a very helpful young man. On the day I made my purchase, Travis had seven cars, different makes and models, within my price range, all lined up for me to consider/test drive. He answered my questions, or found the answer for me quickly. I had already been pre-approved at my credit union for the loan and down payment. It only took me 6 hours from beginning to look at cars, breaking for lunch, and returning to seal a deal and walking out with signed papers and car keys. Thank you Travis for being totally present for us that day in November, 2017. I thank you. Thanks also to Adam Reynolds for making quick work of the paperwork and working with my credit union. I have already recommended your establishment to my friends. In addition, two weeks after my purchase, I returned to ask Travis's help with setting up my screens, and understanding some of the car's features.
