Memorable, low pressure experience! I saw my dream Tiguan while car hunting on the internet and filled out an easy finance application online. That was followed by a phone call from Travis who was super helpful with arranging a time for me to swing in for a test drive. When my husband and I arrived we were met by Duane who had the Tiguan out front waiting for us. Duane was so helpful and charismatic and made for a very low-pressure shopping experience. We didn't feel once like he was trying to push us into making a decision or to up-sell us on something we could not afford (I have definitely experienced that elsewhere). The Tiguan was priced reasonably compared to what we saw was the average online and that was a nice surprise. Adam assisted us with the finance portion of the deal and went above & beyond to ensure that we received a fair interest rate. He made all of the service & warranty options easy to understand and helped us choose what was necessary for long-term car health but what was also going to be realistic for our budget.
