He listened to my son's needs/wants and was able to find my son exactly what he was hoping for in his price range. Adam was also easy to work with on the finance part. Neither of them were pushy, and the whole team was upfront about everything through the process. We've purchased from Grand Junction Subaru before and now Grand Junction Volkswagen and they will likely be our first stop when the next vehicle need arises. More

Great Management Team I did not have the best experience originally with a sales rep at this establishment. I assumed there would be no resolution and I just had to move on. I was pleasantly shocked when I received a very respectful phone call from the general sales manager Jimmy Stelljes. I asked for our contact to be in writing (email) only and he had no issue with the request. He truly has went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me and make the issue and situation I experienced with his sales rep. right. He has been exceptionally helpful, apologetic, sincere and kind. He is how management at any company should represent their establishment. Jimmy has honestly changed my view about the dealership (not the sales rep) to the point I would recommend others to purchase from Grand Junction Volkswagon. I actually have referred someone already! Had you asked me prior to him contacting me, I would have never recommended or had a positive thing to say about the dealership. Everything he said he would do, he has done and holds no Ill content for my complaint on his staff member and establishment. He truly is about putting the customer first and making this establishment the most positive experience possible for his customers. It was a Nissan Rogue, right options, color, etc. and from the test drive to the signing everything went very well. The usual conversations about a VW perhaps, or insurance took place with Adam.
