They worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted and it took a day of negotiations but eventually they were able to get me into a car that I was really happy with. Our salesman was very accommodating and answered all questions that we could think of very friendly and personable was funny too it was nice to break the serious mood for a joke or two. He made the car buying process fun and easy would buy a new car from here any day More

Our review When Volkswagen was forced to deal with the TDI series, I decided to follow up with the "buy back" program and look seriously at the latest models. H When Volkswagen was forced to deal with the TDI series, I decided to follow up with the "buy back" program and look seriously at the latest models. Having a car that allows me to step down out of it is a necessity at this time in my life, but what sold us on the Tiguan was the warranty that Volkswagen is offering. We are going to miss the TDI Passat and the 40+ MPG we were getting. More
Awesome experience! Chris Matlock (sales professional) and Jimmy Stelljes (gsm) were awesome To work with. I went in knowing what I wanted and what my price range was and Chris Matlock (sales professional) and Jimmy Stelljes (gsm) were awesome To work with. I went in knowing what I wanted and what my price range was and both of them worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that they did not try to pressure me into getting something I did not want or pay more than I wanted to. The whole process was very easy and stress free. Adam Reynolds made the paperwork process quick and easy he explained everything so it was easy to understand and did not pressure to buy extra add on’s. I will Definitely go back for my next vehicle and would recommend Grand Junction Volkswagon to anyone. More

He alerted us each time a new atlas came into the dealership so we could look at it to narrow down our vehicle color and interior. He was never pushy or rude. We really enjoyed working with him and he made our Atlas buying experience a good one! I will recommend everyone I know to BJ and to Grand Junction VW. This is my first VW vehicle and I am excited to get many maintance free miles out of it. More

I asked for BJ, and he greeted us enthusiastically. He was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I understand that when you are turned over to the Finance Department (Adam Reynolds) that it is necessary to sit through the spiel about the extra packages and coverage options. That's fine. But, two things that bothered me was some misinformation regarding that to keep the car's warranty it was mandatory that you do all of your maintenance visits at a VW Dealer. I looked up the Magnuson-Moss Act, which makes it illegal for a Dealer to require that direction. I realize that if there are repairs required under warranty, that you may have to have those done at the Dealer...but, not oil change and simple maintenance work. I live 150 miles from a Dealer, and I did not like being told that I have to come back to where I purchased the car. My loyalty would have been more forthcoming if Adam had been honest about that. I still will probably go to the Dealer anyway, but a more truthful discussion would have impressed me more. Secondly, I was instructed (with great emphasis) to respond to some kind of survey that would be coming with ALL 10's! It was somewhat awkward having to listen to the litany about how anything under a 10 would be catastrophic to the reputation of the process and to the Dealer. I find that ridiculous. I would think that after all of the negative public relations and misdeeds on the part of VW, that the company would be more interested in honest reviews from their customers......that is, if they are really serious in winning back the public's positive perception. I had a positive experience, until I was told that I HAD to relate a positive experience. Kind of silly, if you want my opinion. I received only two fob keys to my Alltrack. I am determined to find out why I can't order two single keys without the remote. I was told that it was not possible, and I would have to order the bulky fob key. I have always carried a single key in my wallet, and attached one on the car. This is only possible with a single key. This is a huge problem with me. I plan to pursue this further with the company., More
