There was no pressure and I was able to take as much time as needed to test drive, ask questions and really just get comfortable with the need of having to buy a car. Adam, in finance also had to hold my hand. Again it was a great deal, but I’m a pansy and the numbers and warranties stressed me out. He was awesome and very thorough in the explanation of how to care for my new ride to the best of our abilities. I can’t thank Tyler, Adam and the dealership enough for taking care of me and making this transition to a new vehicle easy. More

We weren’t buying a VW this time but we thought we would give it a shot to see if they could find us the right truck. Not only did they find us the right truck but the helped get us the best interest rate out there! They met our expectations and more! We will most certainly return to buy our next vehicle from BJ. It was so awesome we decided to go back a second time. We looked high and low and at different dealerships. Everyone kept telling us no or that we NEEDED to make a down payment. We are very self aware and know what our credit looks like, we also know what a reasonable expectation is for us and know when we are being bullied. We didn’t like it, after that we were done and went back to BJ where we were treated with respect. BJ and Adam have given us the best TWO car buying experiences we are so satisfied and will return to them when we need another car. Thank you everyone at Volkswagen for the help! More

This was diffently the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales guy and the finance guy were great to work with. We will be going back in the future to buy a SUV from them More
