From Jim to Adam to our salesman Zachary Thomas our experience was exceptional. My husband and I only came in to look around and get ideas but Volkswagen has amazing incentives and a 6 year bumper to bumper program which cannot be beat. Therefore we ended up purchasing a 2018 Passat with joy and confidence. Plus the military discount was an added bonus. We were especially impressed with Zachary Thomas who informed us he was new but Zachary did a wonderful thorough job with us. He remained with us the entire four hours we took to purchase this car. Zach was dedicated and committed and we enjoyed our time with him learning about our new car purchase. The salesman, Trent Coleman was very educated in his inventory, and truly listened to what we were wanting. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle options, went on several test drives with us and closed the deal. Excellent the entire experience. The sales manager, Jimmy, was top notch. He didn't play games, offered a reasonable trade in allowance on our vehicle and kept the process moving along quickly.
