Very reasonable car buying experience- new, clean dealership I brought my older VW in for some warranty work with a mindset that I might make a purchase if I found a new or newer vehicle I liked. The service dept. was helpful and sent me to the lot to start looking after I gave them my keys. I was soon helped by sales person, Duane Blair. I had done my research and knew the types of cars I was looking for. My main appreciation was that the salesman let me steer the direction of my search and basically answer my questions. In the end I found a car that was in my radar and I made the purchase. My only nag is that I wish the dealership (or dealerships in general) would be a little more reasonable with what they pay for trade-ins. My car was in excellent shape and I deserved more for it. More
