Great Experience Trent was a great facilitator - I had given up on Honda, Toyota and Subaru - a friend said to try VW - did not know what models were available - sho Trent was a great facilitator - I had given up on Honda, Toyota and Subaru - a friend said to try VW - did not know what models were available - short time research provided some framework - was getting out of an Audi A5 - Trent guided me to a Passat GTI which met needs I had not identified for myself.
