Both Skyler and Travis still took the time to let me test drive the car, answer my questions, and talk to me about the next steps in the buying process. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was so happy with how easy they made it! They were both very honest and transparent through the entire process and never made me feel pressured to spend more than I originally wanted. I am still blown away over how personable and trustworthy they were. They didn't try to shove anything down my throat, in fact they asked me about my life, my needs, our family needs, they asked us why we were considering the vehicle we were considering and they made sure that we could actually afford the payments. They walked us through the maintenance packages and options and made sure we understood what each one was and helped us decide if it was something we wanted. I never once felt uncomfortable, because they didn't make me feel like they were trying to sell to me. Their entire focus was around understanding our needs and then doing their very best to meet those needs. Different level out there at GJ Volkswagen. I'm just so impressed. They even followed up the next week to make sure we were happy with our new Tiguan! Thanks guys! More
