Besides the normal service(s) expected with a four-wheel drive truck, I have needed some more difficult diagnostic work performed on my Dodge 2500. This is due to use of my truck for field work in the moun drive truck, I have needed some more difficult diagnostic work performed on my Dodge 2500. This is due to use of my truck for field work in the mountains, and because western Colorado has adopted the idiotic concept of spreading mag-chloride all over the dirt mountain roads. Zach Gaurmer has been my service rep. for quite some time, and he has been great with checking in-depth with the mechanics to help deal with mag-chloride related problems before they become catastrophic, and to deal with other issues to help me avoid having 'broken down' in the middle of nowhere for many years. He has also been flexible with the scheduling if I get 'stuck in a project' and have to change repair schedules. Plus, all the folks I chat with at GJCJD are pleasant while hanging out during repairs. I am grateful to have the expertise of the GJCJD mechanics, service crew, and Zach as the point man for taking care of my truck. More
