The atmosphere is really great and the waiting room is super clean! Overall the place itself is super nice! As far as the service goes, that’s a different story… I have taken my car here a few times and r super clean! Overall the place itself is super nice! As far as the service goes, that’s a different story… I have taken my car here a few times and rarely do I get good service. I came in for 2 services and my car was in their shop for about 3 hours or more. This was for an oil change. There were no other customers in front of me or behind, and the dealership was completely empty. After about an hour of waiting I asked someone at the desk if they know how much longer my car would be. She took over 45 minutes to check and get back to me, and she said it would only be a few more minutes. After another 30 minutes passed, I ended up texting the number they gave me when I first got there. After texting the number, with no response, I waited about 45 more minutes until someone came out to talk to me. When they came to me, they told me the mechanic had gone on a “long lunch” and had my car sitting out in the back lot for about 2 hours. So long story short, my car was done after 1 hour, and the staff made me wait 2 more hours, with no communication. Lastly, I had mentioned earlier I came in for an oil service, which comes with a complementary car wash, and they also needed to do a realignment on my tires. When I got my car back, it was FILTHY… I mean it wasn’t the cleanest when it went in so I was excited about the free car wash, but when I got my car back it was even dirtier than before, and the inside had dirt smudges on the leather. My car also felt worse driving it after the “realignment” so I ended up going to a different shop to have it checked out. Love this place!! More

He arranges for someone to pick up my car and to return it to me when they are finishe years old, so when my vehicle needs service, I contact Mark.
