Bought my car in Feb CASH and still didn't receive my title because of an error they made. The DMV sent it back 3/10/23 for them to correct and they have yet to do so. I've called them about them numerous times.But its like talking to a wall. Not to mention it was in the shop for 3 months as soon as I bought it. Absolutely the worst car experience I've ever had. Empty promise after empty promise!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! More

Albert was no help and, once I signed on the dotted line he didn’t care about me as a person. He directed me to speak with Phillip and I will on Tuesday(7/25). My finance company said it was ok to rewrite my contract and add the down payment to the finance total but I can not seem to get any assistance with Graff completing this addendum but Albert was ok with removing an unwanted warranty from the finance contract but won’t assist me in any other way. I just need someone to call me and contact my finance company who said only the dealer can resubmit the contract repackaged. Eve More
