I’ve been using Graff for my 2017 Camero, since 2018. They knew my transmission needed to be replaced years ago. Instead of being honest, they would charge me about $2,000 to “fix” it, telling me the kno They knew my transmission needed to be replaced years ago. Instead of being honest, they would charge me about $2,000 to “fix” it, telling me the known issue will happen again, and it did over and over. Now, I need a new transmission which is $4,000. Yesterday, they told me I need a new torque converter and quoted $3,500! The cost of the transmission…. Why not place the transmission? Instead of being honest and replacing the transmission, they tried to keep me on the hook again. Charging for one job and doing far less. Stop charging full price for a true fix if you’re going to go with a temporary bandaid! Fix the issue and do it fairly and honestly. I tried talking to Saul Garcia in the Service department about my experience but he couldn’t have been any less interested. No attempt to fix my car or make it right. I even asked him if there’s anyone working there who would be interested in hearing my experience. That didn’t resonate with him either. Please, do better Graff! More

I took my car in for an unscheduled change and tire rotation. I had a $25 coupon and was allowed to use it. So, the tire rotation was free! I was informed that my Equinox had a recall. I gave permission for it to be fixed but was told it could take up to 1.5 hours. It inly took 45 min for oil change, tire rotation, and recall to be fixed. Fast and efficient service and friendly staff are the reasons I take my Chevy to Graff. More
