I dropped off my 2022 Blazer on 11/5. They took about a week to look & diagnose it. The part was finally brought in on 11/13 and said it wld be ready by 11/15. When I called on 11/14, I was told by a young lady that the part was not in. Saul was on vacation. Upon Saul returning on 11/17, I was told the part was there the entire time, but the technician didn't realize it. I finally picked up my car on 11/18. Almost 2 weeks! No loaner cars are ever available. And I would also like to say that the lady who answers the main number to transfer you needs some customer service training. She answers you with 'yeah' and kinda short. I got her a couple of times that I called. Not a good representation of what you want your company to look like. I always bring my car to Graff for maintenance. It's never been this long. I was able to get the senior citizen discount which was nice. I hope to have a better experience next time. More
