I purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart at Goss Dodge in late February and I am more than satisfied with my purchase and especially the customer service, most notably from my salesman Steve LeClair. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to make my sale possible including picking me up to bring me to the dealership due to prior car troubles. I knew what I wanted as far as options and price, and I was happy to find that I did not need to haggle with a salesman who was trying to make an unreasonable deal. Steve handled my sale professionally and as quickly as possible. I am more than happy with the vehicle after six months of driving I highly recommend the Dodge Dart. It has been all that I was hoping for and more. Worthy of all of its' high praise and five star reviews. I highly recommend the professionals at Goss Dodge and I look forward to future business with them. More

I have been looking to trade in my vehicle for over a month. We could not get the numbers to work. We were just to far apart. I would be going from an Outdoorsmen to a SL truck and would lose some of my options. I got a call last week that they had found a truck and deal that I would be very pleased with. The truck was an Outdoorsmen Crew Cab with all of the items that I wanted and for a price I wanted. Steven did an awsome job by keeping an eye out for me and checking on deals and lease rates to get me where I needed to be. I could not be happier. More

I had previously bought a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T RWD a few years Goss Dodge was very patient and very friendly over the 2 month span I was shopping. I had previously bought a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T RWD a few years ago and was looking to make a trade in for something AWD or 4x4. I started off looking at Dodge Rams and Andrew was very helpful and not pushy with the sale right off the bat. I tried a few other trucks (F150, Tacoma) from other dealers. They were decent trucks with nice features but the RAM seemed to have the edge as far as handling and power. I started to look at other options and the AWD Dodge Chargers caught my interest as I had previously enjoyed driving the RWD one I had. I just needed something AWD for the Vermont winters. I started working with Andrew again and he was very accommodating and down to earth. At no point was he pushy or impatient. He remained very upbeat/energetic and very knowledgable about the vehicles. I was very interested in the 2013 Dodge Charger SXT (AWD) after taking it on a couple test drives, it handled very well and was stable on the interstate. So, if I could get the numbers close to my budget, this was a done deal. Andrew and the Dodge crew came through and provided great numbers for financing. Overall, the experience at Goss Dodge was excellent throughout the whole car shopping/purchasing experience. Again, Andrew was very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and very upbeat throughout the process. I would definetely recommend friends and family. More
So this was our second vehicle we have purchased through Goss and when I went in, I knew almost exactly what I needed, price, options, etc. I met Neill Burgess and explained our needs, showed him our trade Goss and when I went in, I knew almost exactly what I needed, price, options, etc. I met Neill Burgess and explained our needs, showed him our trade, sat and went over a few of the vehicles that might fit. We were happy with our vehicle at the time so it was not something that had to happen immediately, but, could happen immediately if we got what we wanted. I never felt pressured or "stalked" :) as can some times happen with sales people. Neill obviously worked very hard behind the scenes and kept me apprised over the next few days of what he found. I was a stickler with needs and price and he worked VERY hard to get us what we wanted at the price we wanted. We ended up in a new Chrysler Town & Country Van with the options that we had to have, which were the roof rack, trailer hitch and a starter. He found what we needed, minus the starter, which he rolled the installation of that into the contract. He finally sent me an option that I couldn't refuse and we decided that we wanted to do it immediately. I sent him a note stating that I wanted to close asap and, from vacation, he stayed in contact with me, and set it up. Although he would be back that Saturday, we had to close late on a Thursday or Friday and so he set us up with a fanstastic closer who taught us so much about our van. We are super happy with the entire experience. Thanks so much!!!! More
We were very impressed with Scott and all the staff.
