We had an excellent experience at Goss Dodge with Cory Loudon. We came in to look at a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan (to replace our 2003 Caravan) and Cory was friendly and professional. We worked out a really good deal, left to look at a few other vans, and returned the next day (after a less-than-pleasant experience at another dealer). The finance manager worked out an amazing deal with our financing (beating our pre-approved rate from our credit union), and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from Goss Dodge last winter! :) The salesman I worked with was Lee "The Crazy Texan" Priddy. (If you buy a car from him, tell him I sent you!) Very helpful, professional, courteous, and a "straight shooter". Lee, and the other salesmen, talk with you, ask you questions, and try to get a sense of what kind of car you'd like. The dealership works with you on financing, and once you purchase a vehicle, you fill out the registration, get your license plates, etc. etc. :) It's a "one-stop" shop in that regard, which is very convenient. I give this dealership, and salesman, 5 stars because my overall experience was very pleasant and positive! They have a very professional auto garage too, that will make sure you don't leave the dealership in the car you just purchased without first washing it, checking the tires, the oil, gas, etc. :) They truly go the extra mile. I've visited dealerships in the past where you can just tell they're "playing games" with you, trying to pull one over on you, and are just after your money at any expense (Poulin Auto, just down the street from Goss Dodge, for example, which bordered on harassment during my visit there). Not this place. I highly recommend Goss Dodge and Lee! I've since moved to South Dakota, but if I ever make it back to VT and need another car, I will definitely be dealing with Goss....and Lee, if he's still around! :-P :) More

I started the day not planning on buying a car. I even drove through the lot, without getting out of my car to see if there was anything worth stopping for. After doing the same at every lot on Shelburne drove through the lot, without getting out of my car to see if there was anything worth stopping for.
