My leasing experience with Andrew Melvin was informative, pressure-free, upbeat and successful. It was time to turn in my three year old Journey and get into a new vehicle with all the same bells and whistle pressure-free, upbeat and successful. Andrew totally appreciated this fact and did his utmost to respect my financial limitations. He answered all my questions and supplied information I would not have thought to ask. Andrew searched for the right vehicle, as well as the most efficient way for me to manage monthly payments and mileage. It was clear that Andrew was enjoying his task at hand, ("born salesman"?) almost as much as meeting his goal to please me. It is not easy for a "senior" woman to enter a car dealership alone and take on such a large commitment as a new vehicle. Andrew made this experience not only painless, but pleasant. I now drive the amazing Dodge Journey 2014! I want to add that Todd Tart was incredibly helpful, informative and personable as well. More

Steve quickly calmed my nerves with jokes and a smile. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and found a vehicle that fit me perfectly. He didn't try to push any unnecessary expenses my way or try to put me in a position I wouldn't feel comfortable in. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind. I have known the folks at Goss Dodge for quite sometime however I have been a Ford owner for my last 5 vehicles. While looking at my options for a new car, I decided to reach out to the folks at Goss who h however I have been a Ford owner for my last 5 vehicles. While looking at my options for a new car, I decided to reach out to the folks at Goss who have been more than helpful in the past to try and get a sale from me. It is their level of service that I appreciate and respect in a dealership. I know that it starts from the top and at Goss the owners have run this dealership since the late 70's. This was the second time that Vince Dober worked on selling a car to me. Previously he was working on a vehicle/deal that just didn't fit- no fault of his. When I came to the dealership this time, the sales manager, Greg Fuller, who was already starting to put together some numbers for me, had me work with Vince again. Glad he did! I had forgotten how knowledgeable Vince was with EVERY model and option (it was fun just testing this on him). What stood out most though was his patience as I was not sold on the Chrysler line having been a Blue Oval driver for so many years. Vince took it all in stride and never assumed or asked for the sale. How REFRESHING! Instead he continued to show off the features and performance of the various models and all the while remembered upon each visit what features I looked for most in a vehicle and had those models waiting up front upon my arrival to test drive. Greg Fuller was helpful in many ways as well and his coaching skills most apparent to his sales staff. Where I really appreciated Greg's advice was on leasing vs. buying as I had never leased before. Greg weighed out how often I like to trade in vehicles and averaged out my annual mileage with my sales job and went to work on the options that worked best in my favor. I know its a numbers game when it comes to buying or leasing a vehicle, however I did not feel that from the folks at Goss Dodge Chrysler and have already recommended them to friends. Usually i shy away from dealerships due to shady sales techniques and sales associates only interested in making money without any regard for the customer. I am the proud owner of an 06 Subaru STI and they have earned a new customer thanks to their honesty and dedication for what they do! I am three hours away and i would make the trip again to buy my next vehicle from them. More

I want to take a moment to recognize excellence in salesmanship and customer service at Goss Dodge. Firstly, I want to recognize the excellence in salesmanship that I found in Paul Poltz. He has the honesty and integrity that we all hope to find in a car salesperson. He builds a sense of trustworthiness that lets you know he is a man of character. I would recommend him (and I do) to anyone searching for a car in today’s market. He is by far, above and beyond, the best car salesman I have ever had the good fortune to know and work with. I also want to recognize the excellent customer service of Greg Fuller and Todd Tart, two other gentlemen who were enormously efficient in helping me gain knowledge and trust regarding my purchase and my warranty product. I recently purchased a Ram 3500 from Goss Dodge. In no way was I pressured or felt pressured. My sales person and his manager went above and beyond anyone has ever gone for me before. They got my paymen way was I pressured or felt pressured. My sales person and his manager went above and beyond anyone has ever gone for me before. They got my payments down to where I wanted them and even more importantly that my wife was happy with the final price and payments. I will definitely go back to Goss Dodge when it is time for a new truck, and refer anyone that I know that is in the market for a new or used automobile. More
I was looking for a new truck with a couple specific requirements. There wasn't one on the lot but The salesman looked and they had one coming in. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and friendly. The entire staff had to hustle to make it happen before the close of business, which they did with time to spare. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and they found every discount they could to lower the price. Overall a great experience buying my new truck. More
