Just great people . Despite the fact that we are in the middle of a panademic, Clem did a fantastic job of helping me purchase my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Clem knew the workings of the car well enough to give me a through walk through of all of its course features, and boy did this car have features !. It was nice to deal with one person. He made sure all the litttle details where taken care of, something I really appreciated. I would HIGHlY recommend CLem And Goss for your next vehicle. More

I finally saw one on the Goss Dodge Chrysler website for Burlington and I had to go test drive it! With COVID 19 right now I had no idea if it was even possible but with Goss DCRJ it was seamlessly smooth. We called and set up texting with John in sales and he got basic info and we set up a time to meet him and he gave us the keys and we went and test drove it and then came back and bought it with him. he was quick, easy to talk to, gave us our space to decide and he got us a deal we felt good about. Great car buying experience. Found the car I’ve been looking for, pointed out my concerns and they took care of every one of them by the time I came to sign the paperwork. This was the first time that we have purchased a Jeep since Goss took over and the experience was great. When we got there the vehicle was all ready for us to try and paperwork was all set pending our test drive. We had noticed some glue stuff on his chrome strip piece on passenger side and they took care of it. For the 3rd purchase through Scott it was flawless. Highly recommended to have for a salesman. Made initial contact to determine which type of truck I wanted. Loved the Ram 1500. Once I narrowed down my search from all the makes, I wanted to decide between the Laramie, Big Horn or Limited. I dealt w wanted. Loved the Ram 1500. Once I narrowed down my search from all the makes, I wanted to decide between the Laramie, Big Horn or Limited. I dealt with Jeremy on both occasions with great satisfaction and promise; when I left the second time, I gave all my information for trade in value on my 2017 Subaru. After a week, the dealership reached out to me for my opinion on my experience. I responded lightly with my disappointment with the lack of response on my trade in value and received no response to that correspondence. About a month later I drove 70 miles away in state and purchased a 2020 Laramie with satisfactory results. I drove the new Ram for about 300 miles and received a ‘check trailer brake wiring’ notification and reached out to Goss for service. I scheduled an appointment and due to the Covid situation they were not taking customers indoors (understandably). So I used the drop box and parked my Ram. When I arrived 4 hours later, she was still sitting in the spot I had originally parked. I knocked on the service door and someone came out and as I expected, no work had been done. I got my fob and the next workday I tried to schedule an appointment online. I was told I would receive an email with a scheduled appointment but I received no response. A week later I again attempted to reach out online (several attempts to call were unsuccessful I can only assume due to covid re-staffing) and the person I was dealing with in the IM said someone would get back to me during the day. It has been 6 days since that conversation with nothing heard. I understand the current situation requires flexibility. I’m all for it. The fact that I have been ignored on several fronts (sales and service) with no accountability and no response to several requests under different circumstances has led me to believe this is not a dealership worth conducting business with. Having said that, I am content with my decision to purchase my vehicle at a different dealership. The only plus for me is that I enjoy driving my Laramie so the 70 mile transit to St J is ok by me. More
I worked with the sale group at Goss and they are awesome. It took me 3months to pick what I wanted and they never pressured me at all ever.
