Joseph was very hard to get a hold of and wokldnt respond to texts. He quoted me 3 hours max time to change oil and rotate tires and it took 8 hours to simply get the inspection video sent. The truck is now to texts. He quoted me 3 hours max time to change oil and rotate tires and it took 8 hours to simply get the inspection video sent. The truck is now wobbly since getting alignment. And tire balances More
