Came in and needed my Focus looked at for a couple of issues. I walked and and was directed to Samantha Masuguchi for assistance. After getting my information she clearly explained to me how the process issues. I walked and and was directed to Samantha Masuguchi for assistance. After getting my information she clearly explained to me how the process was going to work and corrected my understanding from the transmission module recall, that it did not cover the full transmission. I signed the paperwork for the diagnosis and walked away. Samantha sent me a text letting me know I could reach out if I had any questions. I was then notified about the status of my car and clearly explained what was going on. She also notified me that I could call ford directly if I had any further questioning about my transmissions warranty and gave me the information should I decide to do so.
