I visited Gosch dealership in Temecula yesterday around 11 AM without an appointment due to a possible battery issue and engine light on. To my surprise, Samantha said the car would be ready by the end of the day and ordered an Uber for me at no charge. I am always impressed by Samantha's exceptional customer service. She is deeply dedicated to her customers. Samantha is always very concerned about my safety. I've been bringing my company vehicles to her for many years. This time, it was my personal car. There are many dealerships in the area with endless options, but Samantha's is truly one-of-a-kind. She was a big reason why my husband and I ended up buying a Ford, and after the lease ended, we purchased it because of Samantha's exceptional customer service.
