Kenn is the best! Ken Olsen was great at communicating and super friendly. We dropped off our 2014 Ford Edge to get an oil change. Also I asked my husband to mention about the sound I was hearing. Within 10 minutes after dropping off the car we heard from Ken to what the problem was. Best of all it was under warranty. Love that Ford stands by their product. Also thanks to the hussle of the mechnics , all the repairs were done before the day was over. What a positive experience. Thank you for everything! More
