I had believed they did until driving down the 15 and it popped off. Terrified I went to Gosch and right away Kenn Olson helped calm me down. He went above and beyond to fix the problem with no stress. I felt valued and safer after talking with Kenn. Best service and concern for customers. Great customer service Had a recall on my car. Apparently it was a little bigger than what was expected but once the parts got in they had my car in and out in only a few da Had a recall on my car. Apparently it was a little bigger than what was expected but once the parts got in they had my car in and out in only a few days. The service advisor Kenn Olsen got my Rental car setup for the time I would be without a car and everything went smooth. After I got the car back there was a noise coming from the engine bay so I went back to the dealership and Kenn took it back and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. No noise anymore and it’s driving better than it’s ever done before. Kenn and the Gosch Temecula team are trustworthy and don’t try to sell you things your car doesn’t need. I would recommend them to anyone seeking service for their car. More
