I am extremely disappointed in the service at Gosh Ford. I own a 2021 vehicle and today I had my third major electrical issue with the car where the brakes quit working while driving. Mind you I just had my vehicle with the service department last week for another electrical issue that was never fixed. Today I called and Aubrey, who works in scheduling for all the locations, tells me that she can get me in for that service appointment in three weeks. Clearly I’m not able to drive a car that has no brakes. She was very passive and said “she’s been there before herself, and I shouldn’t be so worried about it”. So I ask for a manager and speak with Tom at the Temecula location and he tells me he’s unable to help. (He just “doesn’t have the manpower to work on my car”) and I should probably call the dealership up in San Diego. This is absolutely outrageous! And I can’t believe that two employees at Gosch Ford would be so passive and to refer me to another dealership when my family could be endangered while driving this car with no breaks. More
