The latch on our glove box broke, and we stopped while on a trip at Gosch Ford to see about ordering it. The parts department guy, Carlos, was SUPER nice!! As we were only going to be in town for a week, he suggested ordering it to be delivered to our home dealer as it was coming from Tennessee and probably wouldn't arrive in time. The reason I'm bothering to write this is that Carlos couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our local dealer could learn a lesson or two! More

The purchase of my hybrid escape from Gosch Temecula was a good decision. Price was as expected and the car is perfect for my needs.
