After a half dozen frustrating calls of being put on hold or a recording asking me to leave a call back #, I finally got through to Rachel, Service Manager, and she said bring my cMax on in at the end of t or a recording asking me to leave a call back #, I finally got through to Rachel, Service Manager, and she said bring my cMax on in at the end of the day for a new battery. When I got there they were ready to help - Kenn Olson, Service Advisor, was the best. Helped in everyway to expedite our needs. He was best service person I've ever encountered at Ford dealer anywhere, and I've seen a few. Rachel and Olson are to be commended. More

My first visit to Gosch Ford service. I had taken my truck to Lake Elsinore Ford for the same service. They had my truck all day and couldn't get it done.
