Gosch Ford in Temecula is my preferred dealership for all my car services. I’ve visited several other Ford dealerships in the past and unfortunately encountered attitudes suggesting that women don’t know how my car services. I’ve visited several other Ford dealerships in the past and unfortunately encountered attitudes suggesting that women don’t know how much about cars. However, every visit to Gosch Ford has been refreshingly different. Recently I was particularly impressed by experience with Samantha, my service advisor. It was so wonderful and reassuring to have a woman in service department. Samantha was absolutely awesome! From the moment I dropped off my car until the moment I picked it up, she maintained excellent communication, actively listened to my concerns, and offered thoughtful recommendations. The entire staff consistently makes me feel welcomed and valued, but Samantha truly stood out during my most recent visit. I deeply appreciate their commitment to excellent customer service and their respect for ALL customers knowledge and needs.
