The service can be great and it can be miserable. Ultimately I’m not sure whether I needed to spend $4500 on a water pump but we’re going to get to the bottom of it. I’ve had my car for about 3 days in the last month while you fixed a water pump. Simply unacceptable, really. Joseph’s communication has been spotty.
