I am super impressed with the customer service here. I needed help with a battery issue on batteries that I bought almost 3 years ago from Escondido Ford when it was still owned by Gosch. They told me t I needed help with a battery issue on batteries that I bought almost 3 years ago from Escondido Ford when it was still owned by Gosch. They told me that they couldn't help me because the records weren't available for them to look up because of the change of ownership. When I called Temecula Gosch Ford, Hector Orozco answered the phone and was super helpful. He even had to get his manager Robert Celaya involved who them had to get a hold of the accounting department all on order to find this original invoice. They could've just told me sorry and sent me on my way and there would've been nothing more I could've done. But, they all worked together for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. I highly recommend this dealership. More

They took the time to explain the recommended services clearly, but there was no pressure to purchase anything additional. Great first time experience getting my vehicle serviced here. Was a bit skeptical at first since it’s not my usual dealership but since we’re new to the area we wanted to stay local. Our service advisor Ramphis M was the best! We had taken our car to other mechanics and we suspected they had broken our car. Ramphis gave us his initial analysis, which was grim, but he delive We had taken our car to other mechanics and we suspected they had broken our car. Ramphis gave us his initial analysis, which was grim, but he delivered the news with care for us and concern for our car. So we left our car in his care. He kept us apprised of our car’s status as she spent a week there. We had to order a part and he helped us choose it. After the repairs were done, he emphasized that it was important to find a mechanic that specialized in the particular make and model of our car. He helped us arrange the next steps to complete the smog check. Ramphis took great care of us and we look forward to driving our car for many years to come. More
