They had free pastries and coffee and very comfortable chairs. The shuttle (Dan) took us to the mall and picked us up when the car was ready. Dan was great too! They even washed our car!!! All this for a no charge warranty airbag recall. If you want a great dealership, Gosch is the best! They definitely have our loyalty. More

Diamond in the rough So I went to several dealerships, researched many different makes, models, and most importantly the factory incentives. At the time I discovered that So I went to several dealerships, researched many different makes, models, and most importantly the factory incentives. At the time I discovered that for me the vechile thay fit me the best was a 2019 Ford Fusiom SE. So naturally I went to the closest ford dealer, Ken Grody in Carlsbad. Test drove the vechicle, loved the car. Did not love the dealership from start to finish they were very difficult to talk to, very Unknowledgeable on their vechiles. So I decided that I loved the car and not that dealership I went to two other dealerships also closer to me that Gosch for of Temecula. It was the same story with them. So I decided I would travel a bit more out of my way to Gosch Ford of Temecula. As soon as I pull up I was greeted with a friendly face Maurice. I already knew the exact car I wanted to look at. Maurice was able to let me test drive it immediately, And was very knowledgeable about the vehicles in fords line up. I didn’t feel that stereotypical pushy car salesman. We sat down with the sales manager and immediately they looked over my credit saw that it was excellent and told me a number for the car I found very attractive. I did not buy the car that day due to privately selling my other vehicle. They did not try to hold me in the dealership and make me do a deal that day. After I left they did not blow up my phone with calls. They only called once to check up on the process of me selling my other vehicle. I went in about a week after that day they already had the car pulled up for me, I test drove it again. I sat down negotiated one more time before I got to the number I wanted for the car. The sales team was very professional answered all my questions thoroughly gave me their business cards if anything else arised. Maurice sat down in the car with me showed me how to set everything up with the sync system for my phone and went over all the controls in the car with me. Overall working with Gosch Ford has been the best car buying experience I have had, and that I have seen. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Ford even if it’s a bit of a drive it is very worth it. More
