GREAT/FAST Service - THANKS!!! Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. Abou Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. About 1/2 an hour south of Temecula, the message "Oil Change Required" appeared on the screen on the instrument panel. Suspected that Mossy had not reset the Oil Change indicator, but could not take the chance that there wasn't something amiss, so stopped at Gosch. They took the car in (Samantha Service Attendant), checked it out, reset the Oil Change indicator, topped of the oil (it was 1/2 a quart low), and I was on my way (no charge) in less than an hour. AWESOME service - MANY THANKS!!! More

Wait time on a Monday afternoon was excessive to process our sale. Particularly frustrating is we purchased a CPO, Ford Explorer only to find out the SD card for Navigation was not installed. When I returned to the dealership to pick up the SD card, Adam Smith (Sales Mgr.), gave Kyle grief and actually was overheard saying "I'm going to make him (me) pay for the (SD navi) card". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If senior leadership trained their staff proper training and checklist to go through before selling a CPO then this huge inconvenience would have been avoided. Unfortunately the disappointment has continued now that I've read the manuals to discover the original exterior door code is nowhere to be found. This code is need to be able to use the feature and set the owner's desired code. More
