Kenn Olson, the best Service Adviser I've ever worked with! I recently brought in my 2018 Mustang GT Convertible for a issue with road noise. This is my 19th car I've owned through 8 different MFG's, and have n I recently brought in my 2018 Mustang GT Convertible for a issue with road noise. This is my 19th car I've owned through 8 different MFG's, and have never had a experience with a Service Adviser like I have with Kenn. Kenn Olsen's tech found that a front left wheel bearing had premature wear and replaced it with no problem under MFG Warranty. It now drives like a dream and I will be coming here for future needs of service. Thanks Kenn, you're a true asset to Gosch Ford. More

David Alarcon was an absolute pleasure in working with my family. I bought a car for my teenage daughters - 19 and 16. David totally made them feel at ease and was extremely personable as he related stories of his daughters - very engaging. The experience with the Sales Manager and Finance was not as 'stellar'. I understand the process for buying a car in my almost 50 years of buying/selling cars. Negotiation is expected. When a customer shows the Ford Website with the price I'm working from AND the Sales Manager tells you I'm not taking a 4K loss and laughs and makes you feel like they don't care about why I'm asking for a certain price - that is disturbing. 6 apologies later - has he noted each apology in front of my children - was unnecessary and unwanted. Again, that's not 'stellar' service. Lastly, I told everyone before the 'Finance' guy tried to sell me Extended Warranty/Care, I wasn't interested and didn't want another hour of me saying no. I was trying to be respectful. Instead I got 30 minutes of almost silence after the comment, 'So you want to pay more for your service, that's fine.." Condescending and rude. Luckily this wasn't in front of my children. Overall - GOOD - but the reasons why this wasn't EXCELLENT are noted in this review. I'm fair and will continue to use Gosch Ford for my car needs. More
