The experience we had with the used sales department was good, however our experience with the Finance department was subpar. Alfonso in Finance was not wearing his mask and we had to ask repeatedly for hi good, however our experience with the Finance department was subpar. Alfonso in Finance was not wearing his mask and we had to ask repeatedly for him to keep it on and he still had a problem doing that. I also had to call multiple times to get a receipt emailed to me after my cashiers check was delivered and it still was not sent within the timeframe I was given. The respect for our health and safety was not a priority at this dealership. None of the employees wore their mask properly for the entirety of our visit. There was also no hand sanitizer readily available for customer use. Due to COVID-19 these things are extremely important to me. More

The wait was not long. Joseph was very nice, he explained what was being done and didn’t make me feel rushed. The car area was congested but Jerry parked my car in an area that was easy for me to explained what was being done and didn’t make me feel rushed.
