I have greatly enjoyed doing business at Gosch Ford Temecula for the past 7 years. Samantha Masuguchi is assigned to my fleet vehicle account to assist with ongoing company car maintenance. 70% of my w Temecula for the past 7 years. Samantha Masuguchi is assigned to my fleet vehicle account to assist with ongoing company car maintenance. 70% of my work is spent driving long distance. I arrived the at the dealership for my scheduled appointment to have all four tires replaced before heading to the Mojave Desert. Unfortunately, the tires had not arrived. Immediately, Samantha, placed me in a super nice and comfortable rental car at no charge. Samantha apologized for the inconvenience and stated my safety was her main concern and felt better knowing I would be safe. I am still in awe with Samantha's exceptional customer service, I can't stop thinking about it.
