Nice dealership and service department. Truck was kept over night received a ride home and back to the dealership. My 2024 Silverado had and oil change and to updated the dashboard and radi Truck was kept over night received a ride home and back to the dealership. My 2024 Silverado had and oil change and to updated the dashboard and radio. The dashboard issue was fixed but the radio still has a delay when turning on. Love the truck helpful a better update comes out for the radio. This is a great dealership to buy and have your vehicle serviced. The radio not updating is the only reason for four stars. More

My recent review is for Richard Sentz who happens to be my service advisor whom I go to and is not pictured to rate at this moment as I see the choices that are listed before me. Richard replaced my batter my service advisor whom I go to and is not pictured to rate at this moment as I see the choices that are listed before me. Richard replaced my battery cause it had more than six years of service that it did for my Camaro and most batteries last three to four years. Kudos to the entire staff at Gordon from upper management all the way to the service professionals that work at Gordon. I've been to other dealerships and I see that Gordon Chevy treat their customers with respect and dignity but even better, the customers are treated like FAMILY!!!
