I waited 6 hours and 45 minutes for a 45K mile maintenance on my 2500HD. I will never use Gordon Chevy for any purchases or service department. I would have given this 5 stars, but I was charged twice for towing, and had to be refunded. But it may have been the tow truck owner -but I saw the receipt in the packet I handed him.
