I had two pleasant experiences at Gordon Chevrolet with Richard Sentz. First off my wife got stranded with a dead battery. I was able to get a jump and bring it to Gordon. Secondly I took my truck in for scheduled maintenance. I wanted a oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter and a new battery. Richard was kind enough to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the air filter. He took that off the work order. Honest people are great!! They have a nice customer waiting room where you can wait on your vehicle. More

Deceptive We purchased a pre-owned CERTIFIED vehicle approx. 7 months ago. Three different things have gone wrong so far with the vehicle that, in my opinion, We purchased a pre-owned CERTIFIED vehicle approx. 7 months ago. Three different things have gone wrong so far with the vehicle that, in my opinion, should have been thoroughly checked as a "certified" vehicle or taken care of rather than basically saying it's good enough knowing full well that it wasn't. Took it to another dealership closer to home for service, and although some things have been covered under the extended warranty, I've already laid out $250 for things not-covered but that were repaired so that the "initial problem" was fixed. Those fixes did not solve the problem, but they think they've finally figured it out. So, if Gordon Chevrolet would have really checked all the things they say they do in marking a car "certified" or would have repaired the things that should have been repaired before selling as a certified car, I don't believe I would have had to expend the time and money that I've had to so far. More
