My Expedition had an engine failure at 103,000 miles - defective engine. My warranty expired at 100,000 miles. Still in a dispute with Ford but Tim and the Service staff at Boucher got me back on the r defective engine. My warranty expired at 100,000 miles. Still in a dispute with Ford but Tim and the Service staff at Boucher got me back on the road and replaced the engine in a timely fashion. Local service was fine but I have a big issue with Ford regards this engine failure and whether or not they have a liability to fix this on their nickel. More

Scheduled my service on the Ford app. They were ready for my vehicle when I arrived. Greeted and shown where I could wait for my vehicle. Offered something to drink while I waited. Great experience so far! I purchased a Ford Ranger in November. The salesperson, finance person and service have all been excellent so far. I really like the quality of the Ranger and all of the features that make a truck a bit more comfortable for those of us who aren't interested in the off-road features unless we need them.
