I had a warranty issue that the service team researched thoroughly and scheduled all the items that needed to be done. I had gone to a Ford dealer in Florida (winter home) and they basically told me the parts I had to order and put the responsibility on me. I am loyal to the Ford brand and am really impressed with Boucher Ford. More

Always willing to help. I had my normal oil change, but they also fixed my rattling heat shield. Where I went before this they would not do anything about it.
