Bad bad bad We ordered our Ford pick up truck in December, in late February we called to check on it. As it turns out they never ordered the truck. In April we called again to check on the truck still hadn’t gone to the assembly line. Long story short we finally picked up the truck in June. We asked if there were any rebates or incentives for handicap people we were told no they didn’t give any additional money off for running boards or any other type of thing. While looking on the Internet I found that Ford does give some kind of incentive rebate for people with handicaps. Again they dropped the ball More

The vehicle is still under warranty but they say it does not cover diagnostic time. What does it take to drive a car and tell me there is nothing wrong with it? The car still has the same problem and I will not be returning to this place so they can charge me again for doing nothing. More
