My 2015 fusion hybrid needed an oil change, and I mentioned a slight abnormal sound I occasionally heard. Within a few minutes a technician was riding with me on the road. Great customer service and communication at the front desk. Down on the service technician. A little stumped as my rear blinker was not working and flashing quickly after I picked it up. I tried to just take care of it myself with a new bulb. That was not the fix. Would have been nice to get it taken care of when it was there a few days ago. More
